Grade

Ceremonial. First harvest. Stone-ground from the youngest shade-grown leaves. Not the same as what's in a latte mix.

Certified

Organic. EU-certified. Third-party tested for heavy metals and pesticides. Full traceability.

Colour

Vivid green. Dull or yellow means it's not ceremonial grade. Colour is a quality indicator — ours passes.

How to
make it.

Four steps. Three minutes.
No ceremony needed.

Sift

Add 2g of VOID to your bowl or cup. Sift if you have one — removes clumps. Skip it if you don't. Both work.

Water

Add 70ml of water at 70°C. Not boiling — it burns the tea and turns it bitter. Let the kettle sit two minutes.

70°C / 158°F

Whisk

Whisk in a rapid W or M motion for 20–30 seconds. Fine foam on top means it's ready. A chasen is ideal. A small electric frother works too.

Drink

Straight — this is the cleanest form. Or pour over steamed milk for a latte. Your call. Neither is more correct than the other.
